Applications are invited for recruitment to D staff vacancies in Health and Family Welfare Department in Government of Karnataka with detail provided:

Hospital Attendant Grade – 2 Group D Staff: 2323 posts, AgeLimit: 18-35 years relaxable as per rules.

Qualification: SSLC or 10^th class pass.

Application Fee:  Rs. 100/- for SC/ST and Rs. 300/- for all other candidates. Fee to be paid  through a  Challan/Bank Draft at Corporation Bank Account, Health and Family Welfare Services, Payable at Bangalore or at any NEFT enabled  Corporation Bank Branch: – FCS-Bangalore, IFSC Code- CORP0000633, Account No.R4942 ———– (Application No.).

How to Apply: Apply online from www.web5.kar.nic.in/hospital_attendent  . Select the Application Submission link and submit the application. You will receive a system generation Registration ID and password. Take out a print out of the challan and pay the fee as per instructions.

Last date for the payment of fee: 4^th July,2012
