Recruitment for Navik General Duty and Domestic Branch in Indian Coast Guard-June,2012

Applications are invited from unmarried  male Indian nationals possessing educational qualifications and age, as prescribed below, for recruitment to the post of Navik (General Duty) and Navik(Domestic Branch) in the Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union. Candidate can  apply to any one of the posts given below:-

1. Navik(General Duty)

Age: Born between 01 Feb 91 to 31 Jan 95-Relaxable as per rules

Educational Qualification: 10+2 with 60% marks in aggregate in Maths and Physics

2. Navik(Domestic Branch)(Cook &Steward)

Age: Born between 01 Apr 91 to  31 Mar 95. Relaxable as per rules

Educational Qualification: Matriculate with 60% marks in aggregate

 Pay Scale:

Navik (General Duty)    Rs 5200 –20200 alongwith Rs 2000 Grade Pay  Navik

(Domestic Branch) -  Rs 5200 –20200 alongwith Rs 1900 Grade Pay

1.Navik(General Duty): Apply Online from the website:  www.joincoastguard.org  and follow the instructions. Candidates can apply 'Online' up to 30 June,2012.

2.Navik (Domestic Branch):- Applications can be downloaded from the Indian Coast Guard website  www.indiancoastguard.nic.in  and the  filled application be sent by Ordinary Post only
