Application fee :

For S.Nos. 2,3, 4 to 16, 19 to 27, 29 to 36 - Rs.150/- for General and Rs.35/- for SC/BC Candidates.

For S.Nos. 1,17,18,28 - Rs.100/- for General and Rs.25/- for SC/BC Candidates.

Fee should be deposited in the Haryana Govt. Treasury under the Head “0051-H.P.S.C.- (103) – Staff Selection Commission, Haryana – Application fee and other. Fee can also be paid through Indian Postal Orders in favour of  the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission at Panchkula

The PHC and ESM candidates who belong to Haryana State are exempted from fee.

How to Apply: Application on a prescribed format available in the advertisement complete with all information, documents and recent passport size photograph along with the Postal Order superscribing ‘RTI Application’ on top of envelope should reach Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula, PIN- 134151 on or before 10-12-2012.
