Applications are invited for recruitment of Professors,  Associate Professors and Assistant Professors on Contract Basis   in the following departments on  as per the  detail provided:.

Departments : Bio Medical Engineering,  Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, Physics, Design.

Professor:Pay Scale : Pay Band 4 (Rs.37400-67000) with AGP of Rs.10,500/- p.m

Qualification : Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with consistently good academic record.

Experience : A minimum of ten years teaching/research/professional experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in a research organization or industry as on the date of application. 

Age Limit : 55 years

Associate Professor Pay Scale : Pay Band 4 (Rs.37400-67000) with AGP of Rs.9500

Qualification : Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with consistently good academic record.

Experience : A minimum of six years teaching/research/professional experience of which 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor, Senior Scientific Officer/Senior Engineer in a research organization or industry as on the date of application.

Age Limit ; 45 years

3. Assistant Professor: Pay Scale : Pay Band 3 (Rs.15600-39100) with AGP of Rs.8000

Qualification : Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with consistently good academic record.

Experience : At least 3 years industrial/research/teaching experience after completing Ph.D.

Contract Basis : Candidates with insufficient experience for direct recruitment as Assistant Professor may be taken as Assistant Professor (Contract) in the pay band of Rs. 15,600 – 39,100, PB-3 with appropriate higher starting pay.

Age Limit : 35 years
