 Advertisement for NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST (NET) EXAMINATION-2012 Agricultural Scientists’ Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold NET Examination – 2012. on 20/01/2013 for recruitment to the jobs of Lecturer / Assistant Professor in the State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) and other Agricultural Universities (Aus).

NET Certificates will be issued to the candidates by the A.S.R.B. to the qualified candidates to enable them to apply against vacancies to be notified or advertised by the State Agricultural Universities. SAUs/AUs will consider their eligibility through interview or any such other tests as devised for recruitment of Lecturers or Assistant Professors.

NET Examination

 Qualification : Master’s degree or equivalent in the respective subjects with specialization completed on or before 1st August, 2012., Age : 21 years as on 0/08/2012. There is no upper age limit for the National Eligibility Test.

Fee : Rs. 1000/- (Rs.500/- for OBC and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates through a Crossed Bank Draft only, drawn in favour of Secretary, ASRB and payable at New Delhi. Candidates should write their name and address on the reverse of the Bank Draft.

Last Date : The complete application form must reach the Secretary, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 with the fee DD personally or by   post on or before 20/11/2012. Last date is 04/12/2012 for candidates from far-flung areas.
