4. Micro Biologist (District Level) – 01 post, Age: 40 years

How to Apply: Application on a prescribed format available in the advertisement www.mp.gov.in/health complete with all information, documents and recent passport size photograph superscribing the name of the post on the envelope should reach the Director, Directorate of Health Services, Fourth Floor, Saathpuda Bhawan, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) for state level posts on or before by Registered Post/By Hand on or before 25-12-2012
