Eligibility Criteria for Fresh Trainees:
Qualification: - 8th Standard to 10th Standard.
Desired Profile:- Candidate can read, write & speak.
Physical Profile :- Sound health, no color blindness, height not less than 5 feet.
Stipend (during the training period):
First & Second month Rs. 150/- per day, (3900/-P.M.)
Third & Fourth month Rs. 160/- per day, (4160/-P.M.)
After four month Rs. 180/- per day +12%, P.F. Rs. 450+Bonus Rs.
350/-, (Gross Rs. 5600/-P.M.) and other benefits as per Factory Act, Gratuity, Insurance, Earn Leave, Casual Leave & National Holiday, Weekly Off.
After Six month Rs. 200/- per day+12%, P.F. Rs. 500/-+Bonus Rs.
350/-, (Gross Rs. 6000/-P.M.) and other benefits as per Factory Act, Gratuity, Insurance, Earn Leave, Casual Leave & National Holiday, Weekly Off.
Note: Annual increment every year in April Month.

Since the employers are from the private sector, therefore they are directly responsible for number of vacancies, interview and other terms and conditions. Directorate of Employment and Training is only acting as facilitator and has no role in the selection of the candidates.
