Indian Air Force invites spirited and dynamic women to join the Force as Commissioned Officers in Flying, Technical and Ground Duty Branches.

 Flying Branch:  No. 42 Short Service Commission  (42 SSC) Course

Technical Branch: No. 56 Short Service Commission (56 SSC) Course

Ground Duty Branch: No. 44 Short Service Commission (44 SSC) Course

Age Limit:

Flying Branch : 19 to 23 years as on 01 January 2014 i.e. Born between 02 January 1991 to 01 January 1995 (Both dates inclusive)

Technical Branch: 18 to 28 years as on 01 January 2014 i.e. Born between 02 January 1986 to 01 January 1996 (both dates inclusive)

Ground Duty Branches: As on 01 January 2014

For Graduates: 20 to 23 Years i.e. Born between 02 January 1991 to 01 January 1994

For Post Graduates / LLB ( Five years integrated course): 20 to 25 Years i.e. Born between 02 January 1989 to 01 January 1994

For LLB (Three years course after Graduation): 20 to 26 Years i.e. Born between 02 January 1988 to 01 January 1994

For M Ed / Ph D /  CA  / ICWA: 20 to 27 Years i.e. Born between 02 January 1987 to 01 January 1994

Salary: a) Flying Branch:-                  Rs  63,694/-

  (b) Technical Branch:-            Rs  54,944/-

  (c) Ground Duty Branches :- Rs  52,444/-

Selection Procedure: All applicants whose applications have been submitted by due date will be called for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) to be conducted on 24 February 2013 (Sunday) at one of the examination centres mentioned in the advertisement
