Applications are invited for recruitment to the following 302 posts  in Chhattisgarh Ministry and Parliamentary Affairs Department under General Administration of the Chhattisgarh Government as per the detail mentioned below:

1.Assistant Programmer: 02 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800+GP 4300

2.Stenographer-English:04 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP 2800

3. Stenographer_Hindi:18 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP 2800

4. Steno-typist:40 posts, , Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP 1900

5. Assistant Grade III (Direct Recruitment):147 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP 1900

5.1. Assistant Grade-III Backlog Recruitment: 84 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP 1900

6. Data Entry Operator: 01 (General), Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP 2400

7. Assistant Granthalaya (Storekeeper?);02 posts, Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP 2400

Direct Recruitment for posts in the department of Parliamentary Affairs:

1.Steno-typist: 01 post (Scheduled Caste)

2.Assistant Grade-3: 01 post (Scheduled Caste)

Age Limit: 18-30 years as on 01-01-2013

For Assistant Programmer and Assistant Storekeepr, the minimum age is 21 years and maximum age of 35 years for all the permanent residents of Chhattisgarh State.

Examination fee: Rs.700/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs.500/- from SC/ST candidates

How to apply: Prescribed OMR application forms can be obtained  from 11-12-2012 to 27-12-2012 from the district head offices and from 28-12-2012 to 31-12-2012 from Head/Main post offices of  Raipur, Bilaspur, Ambikapur and Jagdalpur against the payment of the prescribed fee.

Envelope containing OMR application complete in all respects should be submitted to Chief/Main Post Office of the District Headquarter without paying any postal charges up to 01-01-2013 Retain the photocopy of the OMR application with you.

Date of examination: 27 January, 2013 from 9 AM to 12.12 PM and 2  PM to 5.15 PM

Last Date for Depositing the Application forms in Post Offices: 01-01-2013
