Admission Notice-Regional Level Guide Training Programme for Northern, Southern, Western & Central, Eastern and North Eastern Regions
IITTM invites applications from the  eligible  candidates  for admission to 26 weeks Regional Level Guide (General ) Training Programme for Northern, Southern, Western & Central, Eastern and North Eastern regions as per the following detail:

1.Northern Region (Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Union Territory of Chandigarh): 180 posts

2.Southern Region (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Union Territories of Pondicherry and Lakshadweep):  25 posts

3.Western & Central Region (Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Goa and Union territories of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu ):32 posts

4.Eastern Region  (States of West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Union Territory of

Andaman & Nicobar Islands): 15 posts

5.North-Eastern Region (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura): 25 posts

Age: 2o years as on 06-01-2013

Fees:The training is supported by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. However, candidates shall have to pay a training fee of Rs. 25,000/-.
How to apply: The application form, admission bulletin and guidelines for the selection and grant of guide license to Regional Level Tourist Guides (RLG)-2011 can be downloaded from the IITTM website(www.iittm.org). Applications complete in all respect shall reach  Chairman (Admissions) IITTM, Govindpuri, Gwalior  along with a demand draft of Rs. 500 drawn in  favour of  Director-IITTM, payable at Gwalior latest by  February 18, 2013, placed  in an  envelope superscripted as RLGTPGeneral Guides.
