BEML Limited requires  professionals in level of Asst. Manager & above in  the following disciplines for its various Manufacturing Units at Mysore, Bangalore, KGF, Palakkad and Marketing Division.

1.Manufacturing/ Production/  Production Planning & Control

2. Marketing (Sales/ Service/ Parts)

3. Materials Management/ Purchase/ Vendor Development/ Stores

4. Civil

5. Finance/ Accounts/ Audit

1. General Manager: 03 posts (SC-02, OBC-01), Age:48 years, Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production, 22 years experience in respective trade, Pay Scale: Rs. 43200-66000/-

2. Deputy General Manager: 12 posts (OBC-08, ST-01, SC-03), Age: 45 years, Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering of Production / Automobile / Mechanical, 19 years of post qualification working, Pay Scale: Rs. 36600-62000/-

3. Assistant General Manager: 17posts (OBC-10, SC-04, ST-03), Age: 41 years, Qualification: B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production, 16 years experience, Pay Scale Rs. 32900-58000/-

4. Senior Manager: 07 posts (OBC-04, ST-03), Age:38 years, Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering, 13 years post qualification working experience, Pay Scale Rs. 29100-54500/-

5. Manager: 08 posts (ST-05, OBC-03), Age 34 years, Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical or Production engineering, 09 years experience, Pay Scale Rs. 24900-50500/-

6. Assistant Manager: 03 posts (OBC), Age 30 years, Qualification:Bachelor degree in Engineering in relevant trade,  05 years of experience, Pay Scale Rs. 20600-46500/-

Age & Post Qualification experience as on 30.07.2012
