Applications are invited for 401 posts of Assistant Commandant(Group A) through the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandant) Examination 2012.

Age Limit: 20 - 25 years as on 01-08-2012. Relaxable as per rules
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Desirable ;NCC B or C Certificate
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible fot CRPF and CISF. But male candidates only for BSF, ITBP and SSB.
Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/-
Application Fee : Rs. 200/- to be deposited in cash or through Visa/Master Credit/Debit card in any branch of SBI/Associate Bank. or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore / State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore/
SC/ST/Female candidates exempted.
Selection Process: Written Examination, Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests, Interview/Personality Test
