INDIAN ECONOMIC SERVICE (IES)/ INDIAN STATISTICAL SERVICE (ISS) EXAMINATION , 2012
The Union Public Service commission will hold the Indian Economic Service (IES)/ Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination commencing from 01st December 2012 for recruitment to Grade IV of the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) at various centers across the country.

No of posts:  60 posts ( 31 posts for Indian Economic Service  and 29 posts for  Indian Statistical Service )

Age: 21 to  30 years as on 1st August, 2012 relaxable as per rules

Educational Qualifications:   Indian Economic Service (IES): Post-Graduate degree in Economics/ Applied Economis/ Business Economics/ Econometrics

 Indian Statistical Service (ISS): Post-Graduate degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics / Applied Statistics

Fee : Rs. 200/- payable in  cash  or through net banking  in SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card. SC/ ST/ PH/ Female candidates  exempted .
