INDIAN AIR FORCE
Applications are invited for recruitment to the post of Airman in IAF as per the detail provided:
Post : Airman, Age Limit : Candidates should be born between 01 July 1991 to 30 September 1995 (both days inclusive).
Qualifications : Pass in Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with Physics, Mathematics OR Three year Diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Automobile or Computer Science or Instrumentation Technology or Information Technology) with at least 50% marks in overall aggregate from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute.
Medical Standards: As per the rules
Pay Scale : Rs. 8,550/- as stipend during training.
On completion of training: Pay in Pay Band – (Rs. 7,050/-) + Grade Pay – (Rs. 2,000/-) + Military Service Pay (MSP) – Rs. 2,000/- + X Group Pay – (Rs. 1,400/-) + DA @ 65% - Rs. 8,092/-): Rs. 20,542/- per month (approximately)
Venue and date of selection: RC Surana Law College Ground, Durg (Chhattisgarh) from 12 July 2012 to 17 July 2012
Domicile Requirement : The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination from the recognized Board of the State of Chhattisgarh OR should fulfill the domicile requirements (Domicile Certificate issued by Tehsildar/ Nb Tehsildar or any official authorized by the State Government of Chhattisgarh only will be accepted).
