Qualification:3 years full time Diploma in engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Metallurgy/ Chemical/ Ceramics/ Civil, and Instrumentation discipline from Govt. Recognised Institution.
Consolidated pay during training: First Year-8250/-, Second Year-9350/-

2. Operator-cum-Technician (BO) GRADE S-3 – 13 vacancies
Qualification: Diploma in Engg. from Govt. / Recognised Institution with 2nd Class or 1st Class Certificate of Boiler Competency

Scale of Pay: Rs.9160 -3%- 13150)
3. Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) GRADE S-1 – 194 vacancies
Qualification: Matriculation and ITI in Fitter/ Welder/ Electrician/ Air conditioning /Refrigeration/ Electronics & Communication/ /Draughtsman/Machinist/Turner trades from Govt. Recognised Institution.
Consolidated pay during training: First Year-6600/-, Second Year-7700/-

4. Attendant -cum-Technician (Trainee) (Crane operation) GRADE S-1 – 20 vacancies
Qualification: Matriculation and ITI from Govt. Recognised Institution. Desirable: Experience of minimum one year in Operation of EOT cranes of more than or equal to 100 Tonnes capacity.
Consolidated pay during training: First Year-6600/-, Second Year-7700/-
Scale of Pay Rs.8630- 3%- 12080)
Period of Training : Minimum period of training is two (2) years which can be extended as per rules.
Age Limit: Below 28 years for ACT posts and below 30 years for OCT BO posts as on 01-03-2012. .Age relaxable as per rules
