Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak

Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak invites applications for the recruitment of 40 Staff Nurses in Post Graduate institute of Medical Sciences at Rohtak on temporary basis as per the following detail:

Staff Nurses –40 posts (GC-08, GC-ESM-01, SC-03, SC-ESM-04, BC-A-03,  BC-A-ESM-06, 

 BC-B-01, BC-B-ESM-07, PH-07) 

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 +4200 Grade Pay

 Age: 18-40 years as on 31-12-2012

Educational Qualifications: Matriculation or Equivalent with Hindi/Sanskrit as a compulsory subject & certificate in General Nursing & Midwifery from an   institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or any recognized higher qualification (B.Sc/M.Sc.Nursing), and should be Registered-A grade nurse and midwife with Haryana Nurses Registration Council

Application Fee:  Application form obtainable for Rs.400/- for General category candidates and Rs.200/- for reserved category candidates through  cash payment from the HDFC Bank, opp. Celebration Banquet Hall Rohtak or  through Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order  drawn in favour of Controller of Finance, Pt.B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

Application form can also be downloaded from the website www.uhsr.ac.in  or  www.pgimsrohtak.nic.in.  Request for application form by post should be accompanied by an envelope affixed with  postal stamps of  Rs.40/-

How to Apply: Application on a prescribed format available in the advertisement complete with all information, documents and  2 recent passport size photograph along with DD and a self addressed envelope duly affixed with postal stamps of Rs.40/- sent to the Office of the Superintendent, A-Block (Room No.8) PGIMS, Rohtak by 31-12-2012.
