Jobs for Stenographer and Education and Stress Counsellor

Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India invites applications from male & female candidates for filling up 516 vacancies of  Assistant Sub-Inspector and Head Constable as per the following detail.

Position wise detail of posts:

1.Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer): 106 posts
2. Head Constable (Education & Stress Councellor): 255 posts
3. Head Constable (Combatant Ministerial) (Direct Entry): 130 posts
4. Head Constable (Combatant Ministerial) (LDE): 25 posts

Pay Scale: PB-I, Pay Scale Rs. 5200–20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2,400/- per month

Age Limit: ASI/Stenographer: 18-25 and 20-25 for  HC/ESC as on 14-12-2012.

Educational Qualification: HC/ESC-- Degree with Psychology as a subject or Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Teaching and Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent for all remaining posts.

Application Fee: Rs. 50/- for General and OBC category in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS)/ IPO/Bank Draft in favour of “Deputy Inspector General (Delhi), I.T.B. Police, Payable at SBI, R.K. Puram, New Delhi, Code No-1076.

 SC/ST, Ex-Service Men, Female candidates and ITBP candidate for the post of HC/CM (LDE) exempted

Selection Procedure: Height Bar, Race, Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test and Written Exam.
