Salary- consolidated

Eye Surgeon: Rs.35,000/-

Para-Medical Ophthalmic Assistants (PMOA): Rs. 8,000/-

Budget & Finance Officer: Rs. 15000/-

Administrative Assistant: Rs.7000/-

Data Entry Operator: Rs.7000/-

Age Limit: Eye Surgeon and PMOA posts: 65 years Budget & Finance Officer: 60 years and40 years for remaining posts. Age as on  30-09-2012.

Application Fee: Rs. 500/- for General, RS. 300/- for BC/EBC and Rs. 200/- fpr SC/ST candidates payable  through Bank Draft drawn in favour of “State Health Society, Bihar”. at Patna
