Applications are invited for 475 posts of Postal & Sorting Assistants in various offices of Maharashtra postal Circle as per the following detail.
Postal Assistants: 398 posts
Sorting Assistants: 77 posts
Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2400+admissible allowance.
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on 01-10-2012.
Educational Qualification: 12th Class pass with at least 60 % marks with English as a compulsory subject, knowledge of the local language of the postal circle or Hindi as Subject in Matriculation
Application Fee Details: Rs. 200/- to be paid in a Post Office of the circle against ACG-67/UCR receipt and Rs. 50/- for Application form available in All Head Post offices and listed Post offices in the Circles up to 25-09-2012. No fee for SC/ST/PH and Women candidates.
How to Apply: Application form available in the post offices complete in all respects with original fee receipt of ACG-67/UCR should reach the “Direct Recruitment Cell, New Delhi HO, New Delhi-1100010″ through Speed Post/Registered Post on or before 01-10-2012.
